OVERVIEW

Walking into the cottage from the front door, you're greeted by a welcoming foyer that leads to the living room, dining room and kitchen. These three rooms are airy and open to each other, and span more than 40 feet - ideal for sizable family gatherings. A powder bath is located off of the main floor laundry room just off the kitchen, and the back door opens up to the yard and parking spaces off the alley. The main floor master bedroom has a king-size bed and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, a family room provides even more living space (with views of the Mississippi River!). Also upstairs is a large full bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed.
